This full-time, permanent position involves the operational leadership and internal coordination of complex technical projects, specializing in automated testing systems for electronic components used primarily in the automotive, medical technology, and aerospace sectors. The Project Manager is responsible for steering projects from initial inquiry through to successful handover, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include comprehensive planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and acting as the crucial interface between internal departments such as operations, design, development, manufacturing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate possesses project management experience, preferably in a technical environment like electronics, and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. This role is perfect for an organized, solutions-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for process optimization and digitalization.
Required Skills
Education
Required: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Technician). Required: Bachelor, Master, or Diploma Engineer degree or comparable.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment (electronics or similar)
- Experience in operative project leadership from inquiry to handover
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects, typically lasting 3-9 months
