Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of the planning, steering, and tracking of complex software development projects, primarily within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and managing contracts, participating in regular and escalation meetings, monitoring project progress, and coordinating cross-functional concepts. A key function is proactively identifying potential problems early and initiating necessary countermeasures, while acting as the primary liaison between internal project teams, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or IT qualification and possesses proven experience in both software development and project control, ideally within the automotive environment. Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and agile/hybrid methodologies is highly beneficial. The position requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with fluency in German and English, offering the opportunity to contribute ideas, benefit from flexible working hours, and secure an unlimited employment contract.
