Job Summary

This System Engineer role focuses on the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of specialized middleware and IT systems within the communal insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and operating specialized insurance software, managing and developing operational processes and interfaces across functional areas, and programming tasks for automation using scripting languages like PowerShell, Unix Shell, Perl, and Python. Key responsibilities also include configuring and maintaining server systems (Windows, Linux, Containers), providing Second Level Support, contributing to system architecture development, and ensuring IT security in collaboration with the Security Operation Center. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong analytical skills, and expertise in SQL, XML, JSON, web technologies (Tomcat, Wildfly), and IT Service Management (ITIL).
