Job Summary

This Control Systems Engineer role is focused on driving innovation by developing and implementing sophisticated control systems for serial machines and complex industrial plants. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing detailed hardware and software solutions, creating and maintaining software modules according to internal standards, and performing automation programming using explicit technologies like C#, JavaScript, and PLC (specifically TIA Portal). A key aspect of the role is leading technically challenging major projects and teams, alongside creating comprehensive functional and design specifications. You will also be responsible for conducting FMEA and Design Reviews and conceptualizing AI-based methods for process analysis and optimization. Successful candidates must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, possess several years of relevant professional experience in control systems for mechanical engineering, and demonstrate strong proficiency in German and professional working knowledge of English.
