Job Summary

This role seeks a Requirements Management Engineer specializing in the critical Redispatch 2.0 processes within the energy sector. You will be instrumental in bridging technology and operations by coordinating system development and operational requirements with diverse stakeholders, including control centers, IT departments, and service providers. Key responsibilities involve designing and structuring the implementation of new requirements, such as enhancing system monitoring, developing test environments, optimizing network calculation processes for congestion management, and creating robust Business Continuity Plans. You will also integrate new grid security management processes and systems into the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and define operational requirements from an information security perspective. A successful candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Information Technology or Industrial Engineering) and possesses excellent knowledge of grid operation and security management, specifically related to Redispatch 2.0. Project experience in the network operator environment, ideally involving IT/OT system development and operation, is highly valued.
