Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing existing electrical and instrumentation maintenance processes, focusing heavily on measurement, control, and regulation technology. The engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing new maintenance initiatives and strategies, drafting design specifications, and reviewing procurement specifications for repairs and new construction projects. Furthermore, the role involves establishing EIC plant standards and execution guidelines, ensuring compliance with new legal requirements, and occasionally managing smaller control projects completely. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering with professional experience, or a technical certification/master qualification in Electrical Engineering with several years of professional experience, coupled with strong analytical thinking, self-reliance, and good written and spoken English skills.
