Job Summary

This role involves driving the industrialization of electronic products, focusing on transitioning initial manufacturing runs of standard and customized solutions into efficient serial production. The Process and Electronics Engineer will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing assembly processes based on Lean principles and Industry 4.0 standards, ensuring optimal quality, time, and cost adherence. Key tasks include creating detailed work schedules, setup sheets, and comprehensive assembly and testing instructions. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree in Electronics or Mechatronics (or equivalent Electrical Engineering Technician qualification) and brings at least two years of relevant experience in electronics component production. Success in this position requires a passion for process optimization in a high-tech environment, strong German fluency, and good English skills, alongside proficiency in managing master data within PDM/PLM and ERP systems.
