Job Summary

This critical role involves the setup, maintenance, and operational management of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems, essential for integrating complex flight body subsystems. The Development Engineer will be responsible for implementing HW/SW test concepts for dedicated test benches and executing independent test campaigns. A key focus area is the analysis and tracking of system errors, requiring the development of conceptual solutions in close coordination with various development departments. Furthermore, the role involves ensuring the continuous operational readiness of the equipment through calibration, maintenance, and repair, alongside creating necessary analysis, evaluation, and automation scripts. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical/Information Technology or equivalent, coupled with several years of experience in complex system integration and testing. Proven, multi-year proficiency in LabView and Python is mandatory for success in this demanding, proactive, and highly technical position.
