This role seeks a highly qualified specialist, holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Process Engineering, to work within a safety laboratory environment. The core responsibilities involve the independent planning, preparation, execution, and detailed evaluation of complex chemical experiments utilizing advanced equipment such as calorimeters and reactor systems. The specialist will lead projects aimed at optimizing production processes, focusing critically on efficiency and safety aspects. A key function is the thorough characterization of chemical processes using calorimetry and standard analytical methods (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS).
