Specialist Planner for Building Services (MEP) | Fachplaner (m/w/d) TGA

Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Specialist Planner to establish and manage the Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS/HKLS) discipline within specialized construction projects, focusing on residential and ecclesiastical buildings. The core responsibility involves developing innovative HKLS concepts and acting as the primary technical expert for cost estimation during feasibility studies and proprietary project developments. You will provide crucial technical advice to the calculation department and project management throughout the planning phases. A significant part of the job involves reviewing and optimizing performance specifications from external planners and ensuring seamless coordination with the architectural planning team across planning phases 1 through 6. Candidates must hold a technical degree or equivalent certification in areas such as Technical Building Services or Supply Engineering, coupled with proven experience in controlling complex TGA projects and delivering economic initial concepts for turnkey construction ventures.
