Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in electronics and testing technology, supporting clients across the automotive, aerospace, and engineering sectors within the Bertrandt Group. Day-to-day duties involve conducting comprehensive service assignments, including repairs, modifications, preventative maintenance, and precise calibrations on complex testing equipment, particularly HORIBA products. The technician is expected to independently prepare and execute assignments, managing required measurement technology and spare parts, while also diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues on-site. A key aspect is advising customers on system condition, potential improvements, and necessary modifications. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician or Automotive Mechanic background, and hold the mandatory Qualified Electrician (EFK) certification. This position requires 100% regional travel readiness from Monday to Friday, offering autonomy and responsibility in a demanding technical environment.
