Job Summary

This role seeks a Master Electrician and Electrical Systems Manager based in Stuttgart to oversee the comprehensive electrical operations for the Bertrandt Group. The primary focus is ensuring the smooth, legally compliant, and economical operation and maintenance of all building electrical systems. Key responsibilities include acting as the officially Responsible Electrical Expert (VEFK), managing a dedicated team of approximately five employees, setting duty and on-call schedules, and conducting performance reviews. A critical component of the role involves managing the emergency power supply, including mandatory monthly testing, and coordinating all planned maintenance activities. The manager is also responsible for procuring quotes and commissioning external electrical firms. The ideal candidate brings a Master Electrician qualification or equivalent technical certification, proven team leadership experience, and specific knowledge of operating complex electrical systems (KG 440-450, 470), preferably within a demanding environment like a hospital.
