Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary and technical management of the Order Design group, which encompasses electrical and mechanical construction, as well as software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing workflows, while driving efficiency improvements using Operational Excellence and Lean Management methodologies. A key focus is leading highly complex projects, translating divisional business initiatives into team goals, and ensuring technical and commercial coordination with upstream and downstream departments, particularly Planning and Operations. The position requires multi-year leadership experience, extensive technical knowledge in electrical/mechanical design, and the ability to foster an agile and trusting work environment, supporting continuous team and employee development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed 4-year university education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) OR completed 3-year job-related vocational training plus an additional professional certification (e.g., Certified Business Administrator or Certified Technician)

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience (required for university degree holders)
  • 10+ years of professional experience (required for vocational training holders with advanced certification)
  • Multi-year disciplinary and technical leadership experience in highly complex technical fields
