Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to drive the local energy transition and technically lead the electricity division after comprehensive onboarding. The successful candidate will act as a technical leader (per VDE-AR-N 4001/S1000), developing innovative concepts to manage grid technology challenges associated with the energy transition. Day-to-day tasks include project management for technical development projects, acting as the primary technical contact for industrial and commercial customers in the network operator role, and coordinating technical interfaces with upstream network operators. Key requirements include a Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in the utility sector, strong customer orientation, and the ability to manage complex requirements while leading teams effectively and promoting continuous professional development.
