Job Summary

This critical role within the Service Division of KHS, a global leader in filling and packaging systems, focuses on driving technological and process excellence. The Consultant will assume project responsibility for the introduction and continuous development of a new global Field Service Management (FSM) system. A major part of the daily work involves the support and enhancement of the existing international SAP C4C solution used for Sales and Service operations. Key activities include analyzing and optimizing core business processes in close collaboration with specialized departments, coordinating external service providers, and ensuring seamless integration with internal IT stakeholders. Furthermore, the Consultant is responsible for training and supporting the global Key User Team in system utilization. Ideal candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, proven project management experience, and specific knowledge of CRM/FSM systems like SAP C4C, coupled with a solid understanding of sales and service processes in the mechanical engineering sector.
