Job Summary

This full-time Laboratory Technician role, based in Landshut, Germany, involves crucial quality control within a leading organic flour production company. The successful candidate will manage the entire quality assurance process, from raw material inspection (wheat, rye, spelt) upon delivery to the final product release of flours. Day-to-day tasks include performing grain and flour analyses using various analytical methods, meticulously documenting results, and ensuring timely product releases.
