Job Summary

This role seeks an IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and expand Microsoft-based IT infrastructures for medium-sized business clients. Daily tasks involve setting up and supporting critical systems, including implementing modern Cloud solutions (M365, Azure) and ensuring robust IT security systems. The administrator will also be responsible for expanding and modifying existing customer IT systems and providing technical support through analysis and resolution of IT problems. The ideal candidate must hold a qualification as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent, bringing initial professional experience with SMB IT environments. Essential technical knowledge includes operating Microsoft Servers, managing virtualization platforms (MS-HyperV or VMware), and proficiency in network technologies such as LAN, WLAN, and VPN.
