Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT System Administrator specializing in Citrix platforms to join a long-standing, innovative family company shaping the future of mobility and industrial technology. The core responsibilities involve the administration, development, and operation of the company's Citrix environment, including Virtual Apps & Desktops and Netscaler (ADC). Day-to-day tasks include configuring central components like Delivery Controller and StoreFront, optimizing application rollouts and Master Images, conducting performance analyses, and providing essential 2nd/3rd-Level support for incidents and changes. The successful candidate must possess a relevant IT degree or qualification and at least five years of professional experience managing complex Windows and Citrix infrastructures. Strong expertise in Citrix provisioning, ADC, and Windows Server/Client OS is mandatory, complemented by foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Azure and Exchange Online.
