Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position, based in Bitburg, offers an excellent opportunity for recent IT graduates or experienced IT support professionals to secure a stable role with a clear path to permanent employment. The core responsibilities involve ensuring smooth IT operations for clients through the setup, maintenance, and operation of hardware and software. Key tasks include comprehensive IT asset management, handling hardware repairs (RMA), configuring and restructuring workstations and infrastructure, and managing Active Directory user accounts and permissions. The role also requires delivering basic IT training and identifying further training needs for customers. Candidates must possess a structured, solution-oriented approach, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent customer service communication skills. Proficiency in German and good English skills are required, along with a valid Class B driving license, to handle the diverse operational demands and customer interactions effectively.
