Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Administrator specializing in Client and User Management, focusing on ensuring seamless IT operations across two smaller customer sites. The position is initially offered via temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning and maintenance of IT hardware and software, including comprehensive IT Asset Management and handling repair processes (RMA). The administrator will be responsible for the setup and reconfiguration of workstations and infrastructure, managing Active Directory user accounts and permissions, and supporting the planning and optimization of IT projects and processes. Key qualifications include a completed IT specialization degree, robust knowledge of Windows workstations and Active Directory, and practical experience with software distribution. Success requires strong teamwork, flexibility, a high commitment to quality, and excellent customer-oriented communication skills, alongside fluency in German and good English proficiency.
