Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support and service both internally and externally for a leading IT service provider in Wismar. The primary responsibilities include supporting users with all IT-related inquiries, transporting, setting up, and cabling new computer systems at client workstations, and manually configuring individual software installations. A crucial part of the job is the removal of old systems and ensuring smooth transitions. Candidates should possess professional experience or a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (7 through 11), networking fundamentals, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. Success in this position requires a service-oriented, reliable, and independent working style, excellent communication skills in German, and a valid driver's license for field service activities.
