Job Summary
This leadership role involves heading a critical department comprising IT & Digitalization, Organization & Process Development, Central Services (including Data Protection), the Municipal Council Office, and Culture, Clubs, and Sports. The Head of Department is responsible for managing approximately 20 direct employees, overseeing budget allocation, and driving the strategic and conceptual development of the entire division. Key tasks include initiating and supervising organizational change processes, ensuring efficient process control, and maintaining high standards of leadership and communication. This position requires a highly engaged individual with strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and proven experience in process management, offering an unlimited contract and the opportunity to make a significant, meaningful contribution to municipal life.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diploma and/or Master's) with qualification for higher service, or willingness to acquire it
Experience
- Professional experience in process control
- Leadership and budget responsibility for a department
- Experience initiating and guiding organizational change processes
