Job Summary

This role involves supporting a renowned distribution grid operator by managing complex photovoltaic (PV) grid connection applications, from initial review through to commissioning. The Energy Engineer will be responsible for coordinating customized metering concepts with customers and organizing necessary meter services. A key function includes verifying eligibility for remuneration and levy obligations under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG). The successful candidate will act as a competent point of contact for customer inquiries, ranging from simple to complex, and actively contribute to continuous process optimization within expert teams. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field, coupled with initial knowledge of the energy industry and strong analytical skills.
