You will serve as a crucial link between the technical team and the customer center, ensuring efficient process flow and actively supporting the team in daily operations. Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational qualification (such as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician), coupled with professional experience and fundamental technical and commercial understanding.
