Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Team Leader for Automation and Robotics to provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team specializing in automation, PLC programming, robotics, and commissioning. The successful candidate will assume technical responsibility for the area, potentially including the technical guidance of staff in international subsidiaries within a matrix organization. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, coordinating, and implementing automation projects from conception to commissioning, managing team resources and travel, and fostering a high-performing work culture. You will serve as a key interface manager with development, project management, and external service providers, while also analyzing and optimizing existing processes. Key requirements include a university degree or Technician certification in Electrical or Automation Engineering, proven leadership competence, and fluent German and English skills.
