Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated IT Service Desk Agent to act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT inquiries within a leading European medical rehabilitation provider. The agent will be responsible for analyzing, resolving, and meticulously documenting technical issues, prioritizing a friendly and solution-oriented approach. A key component of the role involves continuous learning, sharing knowledge through internal training sessions, and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with various departments. Candidates must possess an IT qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 standard applications. Excellent communication skills are mandatory, requiring fluency in German (C1 level minimum) and proficiency in English.
