Job Summary

This full-time position seeks a skilled IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology - Frontend team, focusing on providing competent technical support to internal and external customers. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of service requests, from categorization and prioritization to efficient resolution. Key daily tasks include performing First and Second-Level Support, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and administering end-user devices. The specialist will also be responsible for monitoring endpoint protection systems, handling security alerts, and managing user access and permissions. Essential qualifications include a relevant IT vocational qualification (such as IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and prior professional experience in IT support.
