DATEV Specialist / IT Support Analyst | DATEV-Spezialist / IT-Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This specialist role serves as the primary point of contact for all DATEV application inquiries and technical support within the firm. Key daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving user problems related to DATEV modules (such as Unternehmen online, DMS, and EO Comfort), coordinating solutions with the internal IT department and external DATEV support, and actively participating in the introduction of new digital solutions. A critical function involves training and instructing employees on the secure and efficient use of DATEV programs, as well as optimizing internal system structures to streamline workflows. Candidates must possess very strong knowledge of DATEV programs and hold a completed vocational qualification, either in tax/accounting (e.g., Tax Clerk) or in IT (e.g., Digitalization Management), ideally coupled with experience in user support or training.
