Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Analyst to act as the IT Service Owner for Document Management System (DMS) applications within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. The successful candidate will play a critical role as a sub-project manager in the upcoming eDMS project, driving the introduction, continuous development, and support of various business applications. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting detailed requirement analyses in close collaboration with specialist departments, coordinating changes through robust change and release management processes, and creating comprehensive system and process documentation. You will also contribute to broader corporate digitalization and automation initiatives. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and several years of professional experience in the administration or development of DMS or similar business applications. The position requires a strong grasp of IT processes, excellent analytical skills, and fluent German proficiency.
