This is a full-time, permanent position for a dedicated IT professional focused on providing comprehensive customer service and technical support for proprietary cash register and automated systems. The role involves hands-on duties such as on-site and remote customer support, installation, and training on hardware and self-developed software products for B2B clients, including government agencies, schools, and industrial companies. A core responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems and networks, coupled with detailed error analysis and problem resolution. Candidates must have completed vocational training in IT System Integration, possess strong PC and networking knowledge, and demonstrate fluent German communication skills.
