Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Team Lead for SAP Utilities to drive the digital transformation within a sustainable regional energy provider focused on innovation and the energy transition. The successful candidate will lead and manage an internal development team of approximately nine employees, alongside external development partners. Key responsibilities include providing expert consultation to business units on solution design and implementing target business processes, with a critical focus on SAP IS-U and S/4 HANA Utilities. You will also be responsible for testing new methods to enhance efficiency, evaluating the suitability of current products and solutions, and actively participating in or leading IT projects and sub-projects. A completed degree in (Business) Informatics and several years of leadership experience in software development are required, coupled with strong communication and analytical skills.
