Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Administrator focused on managing and evolving the core IT infrastructure within the Department for Digitalization and Information Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration of critical server environments, including Exchange, Windows, and Linux systems, alongside managing backup, antivirus, and collaboration platforms like Webex and Nextcloud. A significant part of the role involves IT Project Management and the continuous development of the existing infrastructure. The position requires handling 2nd and 3rd level incident resolution and service requests. Ideal candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience (minimum 3-5 years) in an administrative IT environment, coupled with strong project management skills and a willingness to train as an IT Security Officer.
