This role seeks an IT Systems Specialist to act as the architect for the company's dual-location IT landscape, focusing on continuous development of network and server infrastructure, encompassing both On-Premise and Cloud environments. A core responsibility involves expert administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including user and license management, Mobile Device Management using Intune, and deploying modern cloud solutions. The specialist will also serve as the reliable primary contact for 1st and 2nd level support, resolving technical challenges and ensuring high IT satisfaction across the company. Key requirements include formal IT training or equivalent practical experience, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Windows workstation administration, server virtualization, and networking.
