Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and experienced Deputy Laboratory Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of a pharmaceutical laboratory under strict cGMP guidelines. The core focus involves providing technical expertise in sterility testing and method verification, including planning routine releases, verification, and special analyses. Key responsibilities include managing weekly sample planning to meet timely release schedules, supporting projects and troubleshooting efforts, and acting as the primary contact for technical issues. A critical component of the job is maintaining compliance by processing deviations, changes, events, and OOX occurrences, alongside drafting and revising essential GMP documentation. Candidates must possess a strong background in natural sciences or equivalent vocational training, coupled with proven experience in a cGMP environment, microbiological analysis, and providing technical guidance to teams. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
