Job Summary

This role involves taking full ownership of the product development lifecycle for the next generation of smart control technology, from initial concept through to series production. The successful candidate will be responsible for both hardware and embedded software development, including creating schematics and layouts for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and programming embedded systems. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining and improving the existing product portfolio based on customer feedback and market trends, developing and implementing quality assurance testing procedures, and providing expert technical support and documentation to customers. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded programming, ideally within a small, highly effective team environment focused on innovative, hardware-near product development.
