Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for all aspects of Building Services Engineering (HVAC) within projects across the commercial, industrial, and trade sectors. The successful candidate will independently plan, manage, and control projects through all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), from basic evaluation to site supervision and acceptance, ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, and budget requirements. Internally, you will ensure seamless project team operations, while externally serving as the primary liaison with the client. This position requires intensive collaboration and coordination with all project stakeholders.
