Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional, including recent graduates, who thrives on solving system errors and driving continuous improvement within IT infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the installation and configuration of core IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability. Key daily tasks include administering the infrastructure, planning and implementing necessary configuration changes, performing detailed error analysis, and resolving system malfunctions swiftly. The administrator will also support development teams during new system introductions, contribute to shaping organizational processes and structures, and provide operational support to various teams. Successful candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist and possess strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (Firewall, VPN, VLAN, Routing/Switching), alongside excellent German and good English language skills.
