Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled (Senior) Oracle Business Intelligence Developer to drive the digitalization of the public sector by contributing significantly to the Data Analytics team. The core mission involves the new development and continuous enhancement of BI repositories, reports, and dashboards, primarily serving German federal authorities. A key responsibility will be supporting the redesign of the Data Warehouse, including complex data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema), and ensuring smooth DWH operations through monitoring and performance tuning. Candidates must possess strong professional experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), robust knowledge of SQL, ETL tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and deep familiarity with Oracle databases. The position requires excellent technical consulting skills to translate complex functional requirements into actionable technical solutions for clients.
