Job Summary

This role seeks an organized and passionate leader to manage and develop a regional team of IT Service Technicians. The core responsibilities involve providing technical and disciplinary leadership, ensuring seamless on-site IT and print support for customers. Day-to-day tasks include planning, controlling, and optimizing service deployments in close coordination with central dispatching, as well as actively supporting the installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of IT and print systems. The Team Lead is responsible for maintaining high service quality, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous process improvements. Success requires a completed IT-related education, such as IT Systems Electronics, coupled with mandatory initial leadership experience. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, empathy, communication strength, and a pronounced service orientation to effectively coach and develop team members and handle technical escalations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Systems Electronics, specialization in Office Systems Technology, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • First leadership experience required
  • Professional experience in Print Service (advantageous)
