Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems within the municipality's public buildings, focusing heavily on Energy and Building Technology (TGA). Key daily tasks include fault management, conducting maintenance and inspection work on complex systems such as medium/low voltage switchgear, emergency power generators, UPS, and safety lighting. A significant part of the job is planning and coordinating external contractors for larger projects, spanning the entire process from obtaining bids and commissioning specialized firms to time coordination, acceptance, and final billing. The successful candidate will also manage the street lighting network, perform mandatory technical inspections of devices and systems according to DGUV V4 and DIN VDE standards, and update documentation using a digital information system (GIS). This position offers a permanent, full-time contract (39 hours/week) with flexible working arrangements in the public sector.
