Job Summary
This role involves essential accounting and administrative support for a non-profit organization focused on youth welfare services in the Cologne region. The specialist will be responsible for preparing internal bookkeeping records for external auditing, managing accounts receivable/payable, handling application and billing processes, and overseeing personnel administration. Key daily tasks include processing financial claims, ensuring compliance with economic auditing requirements, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate requires a background in accounting or administration, excellent numerical literacy, strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a high degree of responsibility and discretion.
