This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a dynamic support environment. The IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level support via phone, remote access, and on-site field service. Key responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting core infrastructure components such as Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 operating systems, printers, and network devices. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and documentation (using TANSS) of PCs, notebooks, and general IT infrastructure. Success requires proven experience in IT support or a relevant IT qualification, strong technical knowledge of modern Microsoft environments and HP/Aruba hardware, excellent teamwork, and a proactive, independent work style.
