Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior BI Developer/Data Warehouse Specialist to drive the digital transformation within the IT division of the University Hospital Tübingen. The core responsibilities involve the conception, development, and optimization of high-performance Data Warehouse models, utilizing Kimball methodology and Star/Snowflake schemas. The specialist will be crucial in developing and documenting M, DAX, and SQL solutions, creating technical specifications for healthcare data platforms, and building Power BI reports and dashboards essential for clinical decision support, quality management, billing, and executive reporting. A key focus is the planning and implementation support of robust ETL/ELT processes (ideally using SSIS/SSAS) while strictly ensuring data quality, GDPR compliance, and RBAC security governance. Candidates must possess profound experience with Power BI, DAX, and excellent SQL skills, coupled with an analytical, hands-on, and data-driven approach.
