Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Manager or Master Technician specializing in elevators, responsible for leading and developing a dedicated team of service technicians in the Reinfeld area. Day-to-day duties involve organizing deployment schedules, ensuring the professional execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks, and strictly upholding occupational safety standards. A critical component of the role is managing existing customer relationships, acting as the primary technical expert, and providing consulting services to clients. Success requires close cooperation with various internal departments, including support, sales, and quality management. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification, Technician qualification, or a technical university degree, preferably in Electronics, coupled with initial leadership experience.
