The specialist will play a crucial role in change management and data strategy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising and supporting HR colleagues as they transition into new roles, and developing high-quality, stakeholder-oriented communication and decision documents for all hierarchical levels, from top management to global experts. A core function involves translating strategic concepts into practical application, such as coordinating and establishing robust data management processes and data quality initiatives. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field, coupled with project experience focused on communication and change activities.
