Job Summary

This challenging role involves becoming an integral part of the Accounting solution team at Daimler Truck Financial Services, focusing on the global SAP system landscape for financial reporting. The consultant will primarily customize, govern, and stabilize the SAP General Ledger (G/L) and Asset Accounting (AA) modules across worldwide entities. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the development of a new standardized SAP landscape, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and coordinating local process requirements and IT interfaces. You will also contribute to efficiency projects, analyze transactional accounting processes, and provide functional support to experts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in finance or business informatics, possesses 2-5 years of experience in general ledger management and financial reporting, and demonstrates strong customizing skills in SAP G/L and AA.
