Job Summary

As a Power Electronics Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing software system tests on power electronic modules and systems, focusing specifically on AC/DC and DC/DC converters, switching regulators, and general power supplies. A key part of the role involves developing and implementing automated test procedures and meticulously evaluating the resulting data. You will provide technical consultation to both internal development teams and external clients, assisting in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution within interdisciplinary and international settings. Successful candidates must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess several years of experience in device function and software system testing. Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, along with familiarity with specific tools like CANoe, vTESTstudio, Jira, and DOORS, is required.
