Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Civil Engineer or Certified Technician to manage and lead critical infrastructure projects focused on municipal road maintenance and development in the Pullach area. Key responsibilities include overseeing the full project lifecycle, from tendering and bidding through project leadership for new construction, expansion, and renovation of roads, sidewalks, bike paths, and public squares. The position requires active coordination with the municipal works yard, the mobility department (for bike network expansion), and local utility providers. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering (Underground/Structural) or hold a relevant Technician certification. Mandatory requirements include deep knowledge of German construction regulations, specifically VOB and HOAI, alongside public and private construction law.
