Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and qualified Chemical/Pharmaceutical Production Specialist to join a team in Glandorf, focusing on the manufacturing of chemical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of production facilities, conducting essential quality controls throughout the manufacturing process, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. A crucial part of the job involves meticulously documenting production sequences according to internal guidelines and actively participating in the optimization of processes and workflows. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in a technical, pharmaceutical, or skilled trade field, or demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience. The position requires comfort and experience working within a mandatory 3-shift system or a fully continuous shift pattern.
