Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive quality control and laboratory analysis for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products within a chemical and microbiological laboratory setting. Key daily tasks include managing sample intake, documenting results, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The technician will perform various chemical measurements, such as determining pH, water content, fat content, and antibiotic levels, alongside organoleptic examinations and packaging material checks. In the microbiological lab, responsibilities extend to preparing culture media and conducting stage controls. Candidates should possess a chemical-technical and/or microbiological education, ideally complemented by relevant professional experience. This position requires commitment, teamwork, and flexibility, offering full-time or part-time employment (starting from 20 hours) in Klagenfurt, Austria, under an indefinite contract.
